Choosing apartments for a group or corporate stay in Montevideo

Define what each guest needs

List guest numbers, check-in and check-out dates and separate-bed requirements. Include whether anyone travels with family or needs a separate bedroom.

Guest filters apply per apartment. For several units, review each capacity and allocate guests before sending the inquiry.

Compare the four catalog locations

Uruguay Stays has ten apartments in four Montevideo buildings. Spazio IV includes 108, 503 and 703 in one building with entrances at Miguel Barreiro 3174 and Gabriel Pereira 3125. Each listing retains its own entrance address.

Living Marina includes L702, L703, L802 and L803 at Ibiray 2366. W3 and W7 share a building at Francisco Vidal 707. Sarmiento 701 is at Sarmiento 2424 and has two bedrooms.

The map shows one marker per building. Select it to see the units and compare locations with the group’s destinations. Keeping everyone in one building depends on the required units covering the whole stay.

Each row represents an apartment. Check-in and check-out let you compare the same period across all ten units and identify occupied nights.

View my dates focuses on the selected stay, including month boundaries. All selected apartments must cover the required nights; availability for only part of the trip does not cover the full stay.

Send an inquiry for the whole group

Select apartments and review the summary before continuing to WhatsApp. Include guests per unit, dates and bed, parking or equipment requirements.

Explain if guests have different periods. Your selection is a request: availability, price and conditions must be confirmed before booking.
