How to coordinate your inquiry

1. Choose check-in and check-out dates, the number of apartments and guests per unit. Add employee requirements, such as a separate bedroom or parking.

2. Review the combined calendar and apartment pages. Select the apartments you are interested in and adjust the guests for each unit.

3. Prepare your WhatsApp inquiry. The website brings together units, dates and guests; the individual inquiry also allows you to add company and contact details. Review the message before sending it.

4. Confirm availability, total price, minimum stay, payment method, invoicing and change or cancellation terms with Uruguay Stays before agreeing to the stay.

Understanding calendar availability

Calendars come from Airbnb iCal and are downloaded at 08:00 and 20:00 Uruguay time. The website shows occupied nights, nights with no recorded blocks and the status of the calendar reading.

Updates are not real time. Data older than 24 hours, failed readings and dates outside verified coverage are marked unverified. The check-out date does not occupy that night.

An inquiry does not confirm or block a booking. Availability and commercial terms require confirmation.

What to clarify before the stay

Provide expected dates, whether an extension may be needed, the number of employees and whether each person requires a separate apartment or bed. This helps you compare appropriate options.

Review the actual bed and sofa-bed capacity. W3 and W7 have smaller sofa beds: the listing describes them as suitable for one adult and one child, or two children.

If parking is required, review each apartment page. The listed spaces at Living Marina 703 and 803 measure 2.00 × 4.60 m; confirm that the vehicle fits between the columns. Parking at Spazio IV 108 is optional and costs extra.

Ask for explicit confirmation of invoicing, cleaning, documentation, arrival times and any additional services required. Do not assume they are included unless stated and confirmed.
